Returns & Refunds

Return Policy
We are only offering store credit for returns. At this time, we can only refund faulty, defective or incorrect items. The item(s) of return must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions
If you have received faulty merchandise please email us contact@ptcwrk.com with your order number, reason for your return, and photographic evidence.
This is required for any return reason; without the photograph we will not issue a refund and automatically issue store credit.
We also require return shipment tracking information, so we know when we can expect the return parcel. The items must be returned to PATCHWERK first before your refund can be issued.
Delayed orders do not qualify for a refund.  No exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
FOR ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS:
  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments with any visible signs of wear, such as deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfume smells, etc. Returns that do not meet our return standards and policy will be refused.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Inclusive of Black Friday and Cyber Monday)
  • All original tags must be attached.
    Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded and domestic/international return shipping is not paid by us.
    EXCHANGES
    The item must be returned to our address below and the company must be provided with tracking before an item can be exchanged. Due to COVID-19, exchanges must be placed as a new order with the store credit given to customer for the original item.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS
    Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund. After 24 hours, only store credit will be offered. 
    RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
    Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us where any customs fees or return shipments fees will be deducted from your refund, in addition to a $15 restocking fee. We will contact the customer via email one time before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
