Shipping Policy
At this time we offer shipping worldwide

Please allow more time than usual to receive your order due to COVID-19.
Shipping typically takes a minimum of 20 business days to be delivered, however orders can take up to 4-8 weeks to be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, COVID-19 delays. 
Order Processing 
Orders are processed and shipped out Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays and weekends).
USA Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 USD for all shipments within the US. 
Domestic orders over $250 USD will receive free shipping.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped.
Due to Covid-19, expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable. Patchwerk is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by uncontrollable circumstances i.e. severe weather, pandemics, natural disasters, etc. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds. No exceptions.
International Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $18 USD for all international shipments.
International orders over $450 USD will receive free shipping. International shipments typically take between 5-15 business days to arrive. You must include your phone number at checkout in order to prevent any shipment delays. This way if/when the courier needs to get in contact with you prior to delivery, they can do so swiftly. Patchwerk is not responsible for any courier delays or any abandoned packages if the courier cannot get in contact with you. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
Patchwerk is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by circumstances related to the courier itself i.e. customs clearance delays. Patchwerk is also not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by uncontrollable circumstances i.e. severe weather, pandemics, natural disasters, etc. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances  do not qualify for refunds. No exceptions.
The majority of international orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express and UPS Worldwide, with a few exceptions. Orders to Greece, Sweden, Nigeria, Russia, some parts of Canada and Japan are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Customs and Import Duties & Taxes
PATCHWERK cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package.  Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the courier will return the items to us. In the event this happens, PATCHWERK may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you, the cost PATCHWERK incurred to ship your parcel as well as, a $15 restocking fee. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

Disclaimer:
The buyer is responsible to provide an address that carriers recognize as a deliverable address. We have no control over a shipment once it departs our LA showroom. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. Should the parcel be returned due to an error made by the customer they will need to pay for reshipment.
